Surfacing quality risk before it becomes an audit finding

I'm building Complere to help quality teams see risk earlier.

In the companies I've worked with, the data was rarely the issue. The problem was that teams often saw the signals too late. The signals were already in the system — just spread across different places, so the bigger pattern was easy to miss:

  • Deviations
  • CAPAs
  • Supplier issues
  • Audit observations

That's the problem we're focused on at Complere. We're building systems that connect those signals before they turn into audit findings, while keeping traceability and control intact.

"AI helps, but only as support. The decision, the accountability, and the audit trail still belong to people."

— Jitendra Dhoot “Jatin”, Founder

I've spent over 20 years across IT and entrepreneurship, with the last decade focused on life sciences software.

I established Scilife India Pvt Ltd — the India operations entity I incorporated and led — to deliver engineering, testing, and validation services per head office requirements. In the early days, all engineering, testing, and validation work sat in India. I scaled the team from a one-person setup into a 35+ member organisation covering engineering, testing, validation, and HR operations. That foundation mattered because it gave the company the structure it needed to grow without breaking the system.

A big part of that journey was making sure the platform held up under real usage across regions, teams, and workloads. We worked with a simple internal expectation: critical workflows should stay responsive under load. That sounds basic, but in a regulated, multi-tenant system it takes real alignment across architecture, infrastructure, and delivery.

I also built and scaled a services company from 2 to around 100 people. That experience still shapes how I think about systems and teams today.

We're currently working with a small group of design partners across pharma, biotech, and CMOs.

I grew up in a small village in Rajasthan, where opportunities were limited. That still influences how I think about building: do work that matters, and create opportunities where they don't naturally exist.
